Pros

Fair pay for job Very good Pay, high volume calls, supervisors are okay. It’s great just very repetitive. Depending on the project you’re placed of course. If you’re a person who’s lazy I don’t recommend this job since you have to always put 100% of your effort

Pros

Work from home was a plus.

Cons

Senture was a great learning experience. I enjoyed my job however their attendance policy is ridiculous and there is no consistency. You could literally clock out today and the next morning they say they’re down sizing. If you’re looking for a permanent work home I would not recommend.
