Pros

Pay, bonuses, friendly, If your contract ends or you get notice of a lay off, they will try to move you to another contract to keep you employed.

Cons

Contract based, sometimes things are not within Senture's hands but the contractor might make a decision.

I loved the environment, everyone was very friendly and they worked with my busy schedule. They gave me hours to accommodate me.

No cons, this was an amazing company.

Pros

The money is generally good for the job you do, depending on the contract. If you get a good supervisor/team, they'll make the job easier at the time, but when the contract ends you are out in the cold on your own.

Cons

They do not care about their employees at all. You are literally just about making them money. When your job ends, they do not care about finding you another comparable contract to work
