Good for a work-from-home job.

Pros

No travel needed and supervisors are personable and helpful.

Cons

1) Zero% company contribution to astronomical health insurance premiums. Only the government contract provides some. The previous contractor contributed a good percentage. 2) Cutting work hours during slow times is not fair (except voluntarily). The company gets paid in full for the contract and we should also. 3) No yearly hourly base rate raise for cost-of-living increase has been given.

Doesn't like lgbtq community our insurance won't cover any thing that has to do with this group and absolutely won't put any person of this group in any higher position than entry-level position
