Pros

Good pay: Starting at 13.50 ($14 on site) an hour, and quick promotion times, I left the company making $21/hr.

Cons

Extreme micro-managing. Employer required us to be at work 10-20 minutes early for setup working off the clock. Constant reports in between calls, team meetings, emails, and trainings. My life felt constrained by constant trivial deadlines and I was expected to constantly communicate with my supervisor off the clock.

Pros

Commission depending on what project you on.

Cons

Point you for everything even if you have a doctors excuse or hospital excuse you will be pointed for each day you were out.
