      They do not pay you for the hours that you sit there when their systems are down - you have to be available in case they come up again - but they will not pay you

      Pros

      The job was very easy and the supervisors were always around if you needed any form of assistance. Personally, I never asked for much help because the job is that easy and the pay is really well.

      Cons

      Once you make your schedule and pick the hours you want it is very hard to get it changed. I was full time, tranitioned to part time and was unable to switch back to full time, so be sure you are 100% certain of switching your schedule.
