Senture allows you to work from home with the majority of positions. Has caring management that tries to assist you and treats everyone fairly.

Cons

Some positions are temporary. Just be sure to thoroughly discuss any positions with your recruiter so that you are well-informed.

Pros

Good life work balance in IT. I enjoyed the people and my time working there. I had a great boss as well.

Cons

I have no complaits except for the Humana benefits they offered wasn't very good.

Good Pay Bad Customers

Pros

The pay is good for an entry level position in the company. The team I worked with and the supervisor I was under were great!

Cons

Short training periods, The customers/callers that we dealt with were horrible. We would have to deal with bad attitudes daily and constantly throughout the day. There were some great customers who were appreciative of the assistance provided but there were too many bad ones.
