Pros

-Benefits, Perks, Salary is decent, Bonus, Training.

Cons

Zero support from home office when it comes to residents that are violent, verbally abusive to the staff, or tell blatant lies in order to get free money or exploit the company for freebies. I have personally seen residents lie, curse out and threaten the staff in the office, then turn around and call home office and they are rewarded for their absolutely abhorrent behavior by getting free rent, gift cards, or cash credits. Corporate should back their employees, and trust the managers on site to handle each situation without giving everyone free money. It encourages the residents to berate the staff, lie, and slander us online because they know they can manipulate the system. If the experience matters, why is the experience for the employees so poor? Yes they provide us with amazing perks.. but the support to the staff from home office needs to change. Please stop allowing residents to treat your staff so poorly and back your employees when an issue arises. Why hire employees you do not trust to make judgment calls? This is by far my largest complaint. It seems that this new "feedback rich culture" is based solely on the residents feedback/complaints and not on the employees feedback.

Pros

Perks and gifts for employees; opportunities for recognition and rewards

Cons

Leadership, HR, and work culture. As someone who came here with little experience, I was thankful for the lessons I learned and the friends I made. However, this company has time and time again proven that they do NOT care about their people like they claim they do. Being showered with fun gifts and random days off do not cover up the fact that the work culture is toxic and draining. I've witnessed my coworkers be verbally abused, micromanaged, and overworked to the point of quitting. I've seen this company lose AMAZING talent simply because the execs only care about themselves and making money, rather than investing in their people and growing them. You know something is wrong when their HR team's turnover is consistently high year after year. There is so much that goes on behind closed doors here, especially in the corporate office.

Pros

I learned a lot of valuable lessons, in particular WHAT NOT TO DO. If given a chance to ever lead a people, a department or a company, I know what type of leadership style and culture NOT to promote. I have some great friends for life as we have trauma bonded.

Cons

- underpaid - constantly verbally abused by HR leaders - gaslit into thinking I was at fault for issues that came from the top down - micromanaged - overworked - poor and inefficient work processes across the company - revenue and profit driven company that does not care for its employees - they sell the company well when it comes to marketing but after a few weeks to a month or so, the dirty laundry gets aired out. don’t trust the recruiters and hiring managers when they lay out all the “perks” of working there. “free” clothing is not a fair trade for slaving away so many hours at a time along with the emotional damage that follows.
