Pros

I've been with Sequoia for almost 9 years and am getting ready to resign. Not because of anything related to the company but because I am pursuing a passion of mine. Sequoia treats its employees fairly and always offers great support. There is room for growth within the company and they recognize unique talents in their people. Senior leadership is very communicative and transparent about changes in the company and the direction they are going next. The people are all kind and supportive and it really does feel like a tight-knit family.

Cons

In need of more opportunities for other positions in the PNW.

Hi there! Thanks so much for leaving a review on glassdoor! I'm happy to hear you have had a great experience thus far. In terms of advancement, there are definitely opportunities to promote as I have seen a lot of movement in our organization over the years. I suggest talking to your manager to see if there are opportunities to take on some leasing manager or assistant manager duties and even take some of the classes at Sequoia University. That way, you will be well versed in these job duties when an opportunity becomes available. That's where I have seen others succeed because they can articulate and demonstrate that they are familiar with the job. Best of luck to you! Thanks, Enrica
