Pros

- Pay is good - Great benefits - Co-workers are very friendly and supportive if you need assistance - Paid training - Work from home and the community - Nice clients

Cons

- Billing for all the work that you do - You will get a written warning for miscommunications - No grace is given for mistakes - Mirocmanaged from your supervisors - Program managers and some leadership think they can speak to you in a condescending manner because of their title, making you feel like a subordinate. - Unclear expectations -Employee concerns are dismissed by HR
