Pros

- Good pay for the industry - Colleagues are friendly and genuine - Benefits, reimbursements - Shared values of entry-level employees

Cons

- High expectations, little grace given for mistakes - Micromanaged to the max. All gaps in billed time are questioned, tight deadlines - Unclear expectations - Employee concerns are pretended to be listened to then dismissed by higher-ups - Management values are skewed to no longer center the supported individual, but rather productivity

Pros

Working with families to help them understand advocacy and navigate the state system.

Cons

It's beginning to feel like we are being micromanaged for the sake of "streamlining". Unrealistic expectations. Waiting for the state to come up with decisions that affect families.
