Great culture, fair pay, competitive commissions, excellent work/life balance, smart leaders, excellent employees, endless opportunity.

Cons

Cold calling is always tough but they make it as efficient and streamlined as possible.

Company is growing quickly- theres a high demand for results-as a result the position can be extremely stressful at times

The pay and benefits are very good and the culture is one of working with the Employees' vision goals. Cons

As a Field Service Engineer, ON Call is a necessary part of the job. Work/Life balance can suffer from time to time. SEI tries to accommodate this as much as possible.
