Pros

- great foundational methods in teaching sales at a basic level - optimal if you have little to no sales experience - fun team with supportive management

Cons

- pay does not reflect amount of work put in - changes being made to company on sdr level that is hurting at the moment but could be beneficial in the long run - new commission plan not realistic

Where do I start. Since the VP of Sales joined in North America, it has been a car crash. Bully culture, toxic positivity, no substance only leadership book jargon. A manipulative, toxic person who treats people like disposable pawns in his strategic game is leading the most important part of the organization and that must changed. Talks about himself always, wants to be center of attention and repeats stories. We aren’t meeting the numbers so it is not working. There are multiple negative reviews about him
