-Work life balance is great. -You may get lucky with the accounts you are assigned and make good money.

Cons

- Zero diversity, almost zero talk of diversity. Look at company posts on LinkedIn. People powered? More like white-people-powered. - Culture may be good at HQ, but not elsewhere. Every person on my team has been threatened with losing their job by mgmt. - CEO has a great and inspiring message. Unfortunately no level beneath him reinforces the message. It might as well just be a commercial. Those sold on this message will be discouraged when they find out it's not real. - Mgmt touts "vision goals" and people powered. All a facade nobody ever talks about this.
