There is a genuine commitment and distinctive vibe when it comes to values. Inclusion and belonging exceeds the positive values that is communicated. It's no surprise ServiceNow is highlighted for so many workforce categories, but the one that energizes me most is America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity. The company is a global tech hub. All teams across departments are diverse and assembled with talented folks. Our success can be attributed to our high influential CEO and the strategic decision making of the leadership team. From the P4 to your direct manager and peer teammates are top caliber individuals in the technology industry. Goals and expectations are personalized so that you are evolving professionally. ServiceNow celebrates your achievements and is a steadfast champion. The office spaces, perks, and employee benefits are super nice. Flexible work arrangements and family-oriented programs so that you are able to do your best work and live well. A good mix of company events and social activities across the company. Professional development opportunities are endless at ServiceNow. The platform stays fresh and ahead of market trends with regular enhancements. Customers have a range of selections to maximize the value of the technology. Robust security measures to protect customer data and build trust. First movers in multiple verticals. I've worked in the big five tech, and I am blown away at how much new innovation is live in the current release and road mapped for future releases. ServiceNow is the largest rocket ship I have ever been on!

Cons

I wish I joined ServiceNow sooner because this has been my best tech experience in over 10 years.

Great morale from leadership, goal to do right by customers.

Cons

What executives say and how management behaves is extremely different. The rah rah from the CEO stops short at the executive level, with weaker people managers and lack of vision.

Pros

Good pay and good stock options. If you are progressive you can learn a lot from a very experienced design team.

Cons

Lots of politics. One of the main design VPs use to be a QA person so you’ll be expected to design like you are a developer. Not a lot of room for creativity. You’ll own a few pixels and those will be designed by committee not you.
