Pros

- Decent work-life balance usually until end of release period of time which is normal for software development where it's mostly deadline driven. - Everyone gets to participate in the design phase if willing to - Can be performance-based meaning your performance determines where you go in the right team - Above-market-average compensation - Great teams around for bouncing off ideas

Cons

- Technology you work with lags behind a bit because of the IT nature seemingly - Each team has its own culture - No 401k matching - Poor facilitity team/food supply - Might have to deal with remote teams on projects who can be in a different time zone often

Pros

Very intelligent coworkers, the best of the best . Great teamwork within pm team. The company is filled with superstars and just basically great people.

Cons

Cross departmental teamwork is not the best. Many team leaders have been there to long and think they don't have to cooperate with other teams.
