Pros

Great stock. Believe in executive staff.was great company when it was small and on the beach.

Cons

Became too corporate after went public. Too much turnover. Hostile environment. Employees were not valued. Middle management was awful.

Great company, product, and culture

Pros

I absolutely love working here, and every day I'm glad I decided to change up my career by joining this company. The culture is like nowhere I've worked before. It's very "work hard, play hard" and yes, if you don't work hard or do well then don't expect to stay here by virtue of your title or tenure or anything else. This scares some people, but coming from another company that was bloated with lazy pre-retirees I'd much prefer this. It's also a community of insanely helpful, non-pretentious employees. I've reached out and gotten help from strangers at all levels of the company for even the smallest questions. If you work hard, you'll be rewarded. I've been here just over a year and already moved up.

Cons

Again, the company requires that you put in the work to reap the rewards. The work-life balance isn't what I had at former jobs - I'm not really ever fully "off the clock", but my schedule is entirely flexible and I'm rewarded well for the work I put in.
