Pros

I love the org of the company that I work in; incredibly supportive management and work life balance is amazing. And the work we do is fulfilling. When it comes to social goals around diversity, inclusion, and environment, it actually feels like this company makes meaningful efforts.

Cons

There does seem to be different experiences depending on the department or management. Have several teams that I work with closely in another org where I hear unfortunate stories of work toxicity and either indifferent or down-right hostile management. Some great people have left the company as a result.
