Pros

Great products, growth opportunities, and good people. Been with the company since it was a fraction of its current size and have loved growing with it.

Cons

Culture is in decline. It has been getting political in the past 2-3 years and we are losing more tenured talent due to politics or loss of faith.

- Work done is not rewarded in a meaningful manner - They do not pay people what they're worth. - There's always more budget for new hires, but current employees are paid under market value.
