Pros

Great product that customers love. Company culture is great. Customer success is focus of decisions ,ade.

Cons

Platform company, product lines overlap functionality. This leads to customer confusion and internal competition for providing customers with the best solution. Sales processes are very manual (a lot of email) and difficult to navigate.

Pros

There's no better value to describe ServiceNow than "hungry and humble." We do a lot. We move quickly. We also express gratitude, give back, and support each other. There's a lot going on but everyone is willing to do what it takes to get to our goals. I'm inspired by the energy and innovation of our teams.
