ServiceNow has great opportunities for early in career individuals to join sales teams or SC teams. They have time for enablement and culture is getting better.

Cons

Culture can be better Diversity is lacking If you’re not early in career and trying to break into a role you’ll need a lot more experience

Bonuses, RSUs, Hybrid work mode, technically unlimited PTO(but not really)

Cons

NO WLB!! NO diversity - 90% are Indian. NO pay for overtime! NO Team Culture! Onboarding is a joke!
