Employee wellbeing is #1 for most managers and is genuinely taken with utmost empathy

Cons

Nothing really, working across timezones might need some time to adjust but that’s not a big concern

Pros

Top thing after a year of being here was I told a friend about the culture from the bottom up and how everyone has been very nice, professional, helpful and just a delight to work with. The leaders here communicate everything that is going on with the company i.e. our successes, new technology, no layoffs last year! We hit our numbers because the attitude here is just refreshing! I wish more could see how great this company is and will be in 20 years! Come join us this year!

Cons

I really don't have any cons working here. Ok our recruiting system needs some updating but they are working on it!
