Pros

Very little was expected and they paid really well. Could go days without having any work to do. It was a nice pre-tirement gig.

Cons

For such a large organization, they were so antiquated in so many processes and management. No employee handbook, minimal policies and not even using their own software for HR. So odd.

Pros

Great leadership, flexibility, benefits, culture pay, work, and teammates! I came from another major brand name company with similar products, and I never thought I'd leave because of its great culture. However, ServiceNow's culture, great employees, leadership, opportunities, and pay have made the choice to shift easy! My teammates and org constantly inspire me to do and be more! Everyone is super smart, hardworking, and personable and it inspires me to be my very best. My boss and skip-level boss are always prioritize my wellness and career growth. I've met many people outside of my org as well that I can see myself becoming good friends with in due time, even outside of work!

Cons

I'd say my team's size is pretty healthy for the needs of the business, but it also feels like there is almost always more work tasks that can be done. However, my boss never makes me feel like I need to stay online beyond the standard work hours to complete things. Over time, I just learned to deprioritize certain tasks, which I think is common in any job. Overall, I've ALWAYS felt like I could take time off as I needed/ wanted without any judgement from anyone on my team + coverage for my open projects would be available as needed while I'm out of office.
