Extreme Growth

Pros

ServiceTitan is in a process of extreme growth in itself, within the culture, and clientele. That being said, in the 1 year I've been here, I've been given incredible growth opportunities as well. I've never worked in a company with opportunities for advancement essentially placed in my lap without having to jump through hoops and bypass seniority. They see talent, and they reward it. It's a great feeling to be a part of something like that. The company is always looking for ways to improve happiness and culture within the company. We recently had a partnership with FitSpot giving us on site work out classes. While it didn't last long due to space limitations, it was a step in the right direction and the company is exploring other options for health initiatives, which I think is amazing. The culture is great and constantly getting better. People are fun and individualistic - and everyone pulls their own weight for the benefit of the customer (at least in my department). I've met many great friends here that make me look forward to going to work in the morning, and not get a case of the Sunday Scaries on Sunday nights.

Cons

We are growing at a very fast rate which means we're constantly outgrowing our spaces and are in need of more. This takes time and it's a process, so it's a little crowded right now. But even this can turn into a pro in the fact that when we do secure more space, it can only be expected to be great.

Place for boasting and bootlicking

-The benefits are not bad - Good place if you don't care about job and results, want to spend minimum effort, but boast during meetings

Cons

-Favoritism, You need to constantly show off and Apple-polish your boss to get promoted -Deaf and incompetent leadership - No vision and direction, all they care about is money - You are not developing as a professional, instead need to handle daily changing priorities of management

Management is Questionable

Pros

Great trainers! Great perks! Great colleagues!

Cons

Since we're constantly taking calls to book for clients, there's barely any breathing room. We need to meet the KPIs met and what is something that was discouraging was when we're told not to go on BRB if required us to step away briefly like doorbell, or washroom break, or even to get water?!?! Are we robots? Are we slaves now? Somehow, this company who prides to treat us all as humans and a work-life balance is also chasing us to ask if we want to do overtime. Expecting on average to take roughly 70-80 calls in a 8-hr shift??? I also heard from colleagues that PT do not get benefits???
