      - Fast paced tech environment - A lot of young talented employees - Flexible vacation policy

      - Too many pressures from executives - No clear paths on career within company - Low compensation plans - Company goals are too aggressive; work environment can get very stressful - No clear plan on where the company is going - Work/Life Balance that comps with an aggressive start-up

      Pros

      Simply put, there hasn't been a day where I dreaded going to work. ServiceTitan is everything you've wanted in a company and more. Why? 1. You will learn to love your team like your family. 2. You will be led by the most dedicated and hardworking management. 3. There's tons of room for growth 4. There's great work-life balance. A lot of people going out of college want to get the absolute best positions at corporate companies, and working at ServiceTitan will make you that those 4 things listed above ^ are equally important and undoubtedly integral to getting your dream job.

      Company culture is constantly changing. The culture has shifted in the past couple months that I've been there. It's just a matter of going with the flow!
