      Pros

      I've worked at several very good companies, but even then something is special about ServiceTitan. Our product helps customers in a seriously big way, and they love us for it. Everyone around me is really smart. Everyone goes out of their way to support each other. Founders are brilliant, accessible, and humble. Most executives are, too.

      Cons

      It's very challenging and not for everyone. There is no coasting.

      Pros

      Coming to work every day is a joy. The people who work here are incredibly smart, friendly and dedicated individuals who want our customers to succeed at using our product. These people never cease to amaze me at how they manage to get things done

      Cons

      It's a start-up. There are high expectations and a lot of work. Too much work to get done during a normal business day. Most people end up doing some late nights or early mornings depending upon that employees position. It doesn't feel that bad since everyone is in the same boat and you won't feel like your the only one putting the long hours.

      Where to start…prior to going public ServiceTitan felt different. It was all about the employees and clients. Now it’s all about the dollars and cents post-IPO and the crazy turnover is no surprise, nor are the continued stream of negative reviews…it’s truly a different company today than it was a year ago.
