Pros

Remote Work and health benefits

Cons

This is honestly the worst company I’ve ever worked for, and I just want to help others avoid going through the same thing. I get that finding a job right now is tough, but the only reason they’re always hiring is because they fire people as soon as they don’t hit quota after the ramp-up period. If you’re new, they’ll make it seem doable by giving you decent accounts in the beginning. But once ramping is over, they hand the good accounts to the new hires and leave you stuck with dead ones. Eventually, that leads to you getting fired. The whole company revolves around the Account Executives (AEs). If the AEs don’t hit their numbers, it somehow becomes the SDRs’ fault. They expect you to book meetings using recycled accounts that past SDRs have already burned through people who’ve told us over and over to stop calling. Management micromanages everything. Even though it’s remote, if you don’t respond instantly, miss a quota, or just need help learning, you’re put on the chopping block. They only care about dials (60+ a day, which is insane) and want you to book a meeting every single week. Since I started, around 10 new hires have either quit or been fired because it’s just too strict and unrealistic. There’s no growth, no support, and no future here. Honestly, any other job is better than this one. On top of everything else, this company gives you terrible info for your accounts. They brag about having a “data enrichment team” that’s supposed to provide accurate contact details, but in reality, you’ll spend hours hunting down the right emails, phone numbers, and decision-makers yourself because the info they give you is flat-out wrong. PLEASE, avoid this company at all costs. It’s just not worth the stress.

Pros

The benefits are great. The company has grown rapidly and has adopted the work from home model for almost all employees, which is great for times like these. The company also is growing rapidly which could mean rapid professional growth as well.

Cons

Employees are overloaded with work and expected to meet metrics that very difficult to attain with the resources provided. This in turn creates an issue with work life balance. High performing employees end up taking heavier loads to make up for lower performing employees and end up worse off than the lower performing employees when it comes to promotions and advancement. The unspoken rule is to keep your head down and work, if you are inclined to or you could be viewed as a problem and management can use that to work against you when you're looking to climb the corporate ladder.
