Pros
This is the best company I have ever worked for hands down no arguments. I have had my fair share of jobs in the construction, project management/design business, and I was always left bouncing around from company to company looking for somewhere that I felt like I would be making a difference. Well, let me tell you, within only a couple weeks of working here I found that sense of team unity, respect, & integrity that we all want from our employers. Sevan is a world-class, up-and-coming giant in the industry and everyday I go to work here honored to be a part of the family. Sevan has a spot for everyone looking to find their niche, with the diversity of servises that are offered to their extensive list of clientele there is always be something new here for everyone to learn and be a part of. Your opinion's will matter here, and will always be taken into serious consideration for ways to help make the company better. That might explain the rapidly successful growth they have had in just over the last couple years, and looks like they will continue to have.
If this company is on your list of places to apply, bring it to the top of that list, and then take the rest of your list and delete it. You will not find a more full filling work experience anywhere else.
Cons
The only downside would be that because it is mainly a satellite company you are not always able to see and interact with your team members face to face on a daily basis. Which is a shame, because from what I've seen this company is compiled of some of the most decent and hard working people I have ever known.
