Looking online I see the salary says up to $10 an hour. I was told overnight and weekend staff made more when I got hired. That was a lie. I started off working weekends and days at $8.50 an hour in 2010. Then after a few years I moved to overnights. I've been with this company over 5 years and I still make $8.50 an hour. There are no raises, no bonuses, and every single co-worker I work with, including myself, work 2 jobs to make ends meet. Moving up in position is not an option. Sure you can become a house manager but the pay is still very little with more stress added on to your workload. This is how bad it is. Everyone was offered the position of house manager and everyone refused the job. That should tell you something. Unless you can get into a position higher than manager it's not worth it. They have a high turnover, at times you work with clients that have physical behavioral issues but you don't get paid what a behavioral health caregiver should get.
A good job just to get some experience or a quick paycheck, but not a good long term company.
