Everything else including reverse racism, pay is terrible, unprofessional environment. Employees on drugs, management abuse client's money and rights, terrible benefits, bed bugs, management does not disclose health risks to employees. Violence among co-workers.

Pros

New experiences and positive coworkers

Cons

Unrealistic work expectations [70+ hours a week were normal and expected]. Very high turnover. Mileage reimbursement significantly lower than the state guidelines. Mileage and salary compensation were unreliable. Poor management and a lack of ability to train new and existing staff. Rather than letting me turn in my 2 weeks notice, I was fired on the spot. No EAP... really I'm an in home Clinician dealing with the most difficult families in the state and the company cares so little for their employees that they won't participate In an EAP.
