embarrassing pay, embarrassing benefits, shady management, no growth, no raises, no professional development, no incentive to work, no overtime, no structure for growth, no pto raises, no nothing, really they give you nothing but headaches, if you take away off you have to use 10 hours of PTO to cover one day, they're making so much money off poor staff and poor clients.

I can’t even begin to tell you how poor this company is. Absolutely non competitive pay. Not competitive within the field, or their competitors. No longevity. No seniority. No growth. Constant roll over of new workers, supervisors, and leadership. My pay is constantly wrong. My pay structure has changed multiple times, none have benefited me. Went from hourly to a salary package that earns me less than I did hourly, and now I don’t have access to overtime. Every coworker I speak with is frustrated and leaving. This company has absolutely taken advantage of their lower level workforce. No bonuses or raises, no productivity incentives. Worked here for nothing while upper management lived well. Company

Remote and it's a paycheck. Co-workers and the people we care for.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Really expensive benefits. Major burnout. The only way to get a raise is to leave the company for a higher paying job.
