      Promises Made But Not Kept

      No pros unfortunately for me with this company.

      Cons

      Promises made in writing during the offer process were not kept. Supposed to be remote job but they turned it into an office job. Supposed to be salary exempt, but on the first day they told us they changed it and we would have to clock in and out. Promised in writing I could work remotely from anywhere; supervisor decided not to allow this even though it was a condition of me accepting the job offer. Worst micromanaging I have ever been subjected to--had to share my calendars and was subject to being followed in the community and during events. I would not recommend working for this company, at least in the department I was in, to anyone.

      Lipstick on a pig

      Pros

      There are no pros with this company. You can put fancy "Sevita" lipstick on the pig that was The MENTOR network and it's still a pig. This company is a terrible place to work and YOU WILL NEVER GET A RAISE. Sure they quip back that you can get a promotion, etc, but that is not reality. This company is absolute garbage, not interested in good care, but out to make money. Which, if you check their annual report they are not very good at.

      Senior leadership is a revolving door, state-level leadership is a joke, especially in California.

      Pros

      My experience working with mentor is there efforts in sharing information across workers. Am encouraged to find new and better ways to get things done.

      The downside is the pay
