Dont expect any raises from this company. Expect new hires to get paid at a higer rate than you, even if they have no experience. This company complains about overtime, but then begs you to work because they cant find anyone to cover the shift. So many new hires have been fired within a year because of their lack of experience and not knowing what they are doing. when getting promoted, you barely get a raise. They expect you to do manage a group home at a mere DSP rate.

Unorganized, high turnover, LACK OF TRAINING. Clients should be more involved in treatment planning, more structured days, hardly any PTO....
