A lot of corruption. They lie more that they tell the truth. Clients are frequently in the hospital because they do not care who they hire to work in the homes. The turn over is extremely high. They are always under investigation because staff constantly calls the state to report them. Leadership promotes their friends even though they are not qualified. "Decent people" stay away from this employer.

I met wonderful people during my time at TMN and the company's mission is meaningful. I worked in the corporate office, so I was not in the field on a daily basis.

Cons

Company leadership. The current and former CEOs are great, but because it is a for-profit company the bottom line is profit. Many issues are ignored and brushed under the carpet. Employee satisfaction is not ever taken into account by leadership. High turnover rate in both the corporate office and the field.
