Pros

Relaxed housing, co-workers were helpful during the learning process of this field, residents were very independent and helpful also when needed.

Cons

Management is irresponsible and non-helpful with resident issues, always understaffed.

There's so much potential for this to be a great company to work for.

Pros

The clients. The co workers. The directors. People you see on a daily or weekly basis are mostly, incredible. Community outings.

Cons

- using your own vehicle to transport while only being paid .43 cents a mile, which barely covers wear and tear. And then, waiting a minimum of 2.5 weeks after submitting your mileage reimbursement form to even receive your check. -Understaffing but then constantly taking on more clients and buying out other companies. This is a recipe for disaster for the vulnerable adults in our care. -treating those with fancy enough job titles to trips to florida, while your employees...Dsps, on the frontline, haven't seen a pay increase in YEARS

Acquisitions allow us to expand our network and provide us with the opportunity to offer our innovative, quality services in new geographical locations. Each of our community-based providers offers diverse talent and experience that help us grow and improve, and our partnership allows them to benefit from the resources, support and stability of a national company. Acquiring a community-based partner in one region does not directly relate to the vacancies located in another, and it does make us value the contributions of our current employees any less. Without our dedicated caregivers, we would be unable to fulfill our mission. Our Caregivers have a profound impact on the people we serve each and every day, and the value they offer is immeasurable.
