Pros

Compensation can be competitive, particularly depending on timing and role. Benefits are fully covered, which is a meaningful advantage.

Cons

I’ve never experienced such a micromanaged and toxic work culture. The level of constant monitoring regardless of performance is overwhelming and counterproductive. It’s also telling that so many employees openly speak negatively about the organization. That kind of widespread sentiment doesn’t happen without cause. There is a clear culture of fear being used as a management tool. A constant sense of urgency and crisis is created, even when it isn’t warranted. Leadership often comes across as dismissive and out of touch, which only reinforces the disconnect between management and employees. Work-life balance is heavily compromised. Employees are expected to spend the majority of their time in the office, while peers at other companies have flexibility and autonomy. This environment is unsustainable. There is a real opportunity here to build something better one rooted in trust, respect, and accountability rather than control.

Pros

Relatively relaxed workload 2 days per week WFH at the time I left, however there are unproductive constraints built into how you may use the WFH days Great benefits package

Cons

Clients can be extremely difficult to deal with Management is looking to drastically change the operations model, but doesn't seem to have any clear direction. New initiatives are rolled out weekly, then quickly forgotten or reversed, leaving the lower level employees to handle the increased workflow, deal with client issues stemming from the initiatives, and strain to remember which process is the most current. Low pay

Pros

Company culture in OP and some offices is great Work life balance amazing

Cons

The worst con is that in this office at least, management shows a pattern of alignment driven by approval-seeking rather than performance or integrity. You will not progress with the help of local management. The best and only capable leader at that office has seen worse people passed over him because of his lack of boot-licking skills. He is the best asset that Fort Lauderdale Office has and probably the company as well. ->Management at the Fort Lauderdale office has demonstrated inconsistent decision-making, a lack of clear strategy, and limited accountability, creating operational instability and confusion among staff. -> The environment is characterized by pressure-driven communication, lack of support, and a tendency to shift blame rather than address root issues constructively. -> Employees who have raised legitimate concerns regarding leadership gaps, process inefficiencies, or ethical standards have experienced negative repercussions, including reduced support, exclusion, or pressure that ultimately led to their departure. -> Several high achievers with strong track records and long-standing contributions have been effectively pushed out or chose to leave the Fort Lauderdale office after raising concerns, resulting in measurable loss of productivity, client relationships, and institutional knowledge. -> There is a pattern of under-supporting top performers while failing to address performance gaps within management, contributing to declining morale and engagement. ->There have been repeated concerns raised internally regarding how certain client relationships and performance metrics are managed, suggesting potential misalignment with company standards and expectations. -> Communication from management is often unclear or inconsistent, leading to perceptions of manipulation and eroding trust within the team. -> Poor coordination, lack of follow-through, and delayed decision-making have negatively impacted both internal workflows and external client experience.
