Everything was great....until you fall out of favor with the management. They don't like to be told when they are doing things wrong.

Cons

EXCESSIVE nepotism and favoritism exists. You will go NO WHERE if you don't play golf, go out drinking with the boys or suck up to upper management. Doing a good job is NOT rewarded there!
