BMI requirements are a hastle, you must enroll in a wellness program if your BMI is over 30, not entirely bad in itself but you have to remember to turn in monthly activity tracking logs which is a real pain, so even if you are following the rules of the program and exercising you can be hit with the non-conformance fee if you don't turn your tracking logs in.

These guys are owned by a family in Spring Lake named the Verplanks and other secret investors who have no problem making the workers on the floor live in poverty even with lots of seniority. They use the dirty " profit sharing bonus " trick to pay low wages across the board while the higher management reaps all of the profit. During the recession they opened a plant in China to exploit poor Chinese families and do a large layoff. They have a war on smoking that goes as far as firing or not hiring good people.
