Big business with a family business atmosphere. Talented people willing to do more than their share. A place where "not my job" is not tolerated.

Cons

Get ready to work and be evaluated regularly - not a con per se, but Shape will keep you under the microscope.

They really care about the quality they are shipping out to the customer. As well, they put a lot of things in play so this works to keep Shape a valued worldwide Corporation and Global.

Cons

I don't have any cons. I work at Shape but, not directly for Shape at this time. Although, I see how they care and I would love to be a part of this winning-Global team!
