      Low base tough sale

      Pros

      Some initial training consist of three days of videos and I'm going away for a week and then you're on your own. The new office is nice

      Cons

      Low marketshare, lack of competitive pricing. No leads all businesses self generated are you trying to get just a customers upgrade and sign a new lease

      Pros

      While employed at Sharp, I was trained rather well on the finer points of the products. Training took about month and it was indeed intense and rigorous.

      Cons

      The downside of working for this particular branch of Sharp is management. I spent over 20 years in the Army and never had to experience poor leadership as I had to endure at Sharp. Management wanted me to do unethical things in order to close a deal. Management did not follow the employee handbook and even got upset with me when I brought this to their attention.

      Pros

      Real business focus on getting things done and making financial decisions to further company's growth. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Don't seem to care about the well-being of the employees. Non-existent room for advancement in branch administration. Very tight budget leaves admin understaffed and employees severely overworked and generally underpaid.
