      Pros

      The benefits were great, especially the 401k. Health insurance started off great and then sank with limited options especially if you don't want the Kaiser plan. Its a fun environment 20 percent of the time.

      Cons

      Zero accountability from upper management, delusional expectations, Old boys club where all of the management have basically worked together from previous companies and pretty much run the branches as a failing start up. Account reps hide / sneak personal items into customer sales such as laptops, TV, iPads for personal use and gain. Management also created its own leasing company where there basically force account reps to use for there own personal gain. Not sure how this is ethical

      Pros

      The variety of projects I have worked on. Meeting different people. There is always something to learn. Making my boss the most effective, efficient and successful as he can be while enhancing the reputation of the business. People depending on me. Exchanging ideas and influencing decisions at a high level. The ability to interact with all levels and help build company moral through employee engagement events and projects. Knowing what's going on in the company through understanding what my group is responsible for.

      Cons

      The amount of interruptions we face on our daily routine. I work in an old fashioned culture where administrators are still seen as secretaries. The bickering among administrators - all seems very protective and not willing to share knowledge or help each other. Sometimes the role can put you in a position of being outside all of the teams (neither part of the management team or part of your colleague's teams.

      Great team atmosphere and culture. Lots of flexibility, support and resources to improve your short-term career.

      Cons

      Lack of options and commitment to career growth. Training follow up on new products and services were minimal.
