      Great Benefits 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday, they pay for A+ and Net + Certifications

      Cons

      If you are new to the industry it can be hard to get another tech onsite to help if needed, but they do train extensively before putting you on a route. You drive your personal car, but they tell you that up front, so the mileage can add up in a large territory

      Pros

      The best thing about Sharp are the people that I work with! The management has created a culture that really works at building relationships, both internally and externally! I am treated as a professional and my input is valued!

      Cons

      Sharp is not a large company, so we do not have the luxury of resources that other large companies have. With the said, the size allows for greater communication between the upper management and the field. We are able to do so much more because of the high caliber of a smaller number of people!

      Pros

      Was in years past a great company to work for, but it has been mismanaged and has no other alternative than to be placed on the block for sale and sold piece by piece.

      Cons

      Management has run off everyone in the US, and parent company keeps losing billions and is under constant threat of going the way of the dodo bird.
