Pros

The company and employees are great. The vacation pay and health insurance benefits are excellent. There are opportunities to move around to other departments if you want.

Cons

Management is the only con. They have their own agenda. If you are directly effected by a proposed change, they will not ask for your input. If you don't mind getting blind-sided all the time, it's a great place to work.

Pros

Slow paced department, people take longer than the average to complete projects. If you have an agency background or traditional corporate, you'll find this place very easy.

Cons

The marketing department in particular is not structured like the traditional marketing departments at other companies. Employees have been there for years and are not willing to change their strategy to effectively market. If you are an overachiever seeking career growth and mentorship, this is not the place.

Cons

Departments are clicky, will not like you if not a part of their click. Supervisors and managers are adversarial and will tend to say positive things about you to your face, and then do the opposite away from you; will terminate you if they just don't like you for no reason.
