      Shaw's culture ( Honesty, Integrity, Passsion) People - I have worked with a great group of people Compensation Program - The compensation program for account managers and sales managers is very strong. Benefits - Shaw has an excellent benefit package. Career opportunities - Shaw is focused on developing future leaders.

      Other Shaw facilities seemed like a good place to work.

      Cons

      Worst place I have ever worked. The treatment of some managers were beyond poor. If you weren’t in the “good ol boys” club and a woman you were treated poorly. Not only did HR not help in sexual harassment situations but wrote up the person being harassed.

      Pros

      Each plant has their own culture thus allowing you to find the perfect fit. There is a great sense of community with the other engineers. They hire a lot from their co-op program.

      Cons

      NO DIVERSITY. Each division and plant have their own rules on promotions. It's all about who you know not what you do.
