Pros
Aggressively seek to improve processes. Value education. Value youth. Willing to invest in technology. Value diversity. Make somewhat of an effort to get input from employees.
Cons
Experience is not valued at all. They are not willing to develop the employees they already have but believe the key to future success is bringing in new college graduates who have no experience in any field of business and put them in charge of everything. If you have an engineering degree and you're under 25 years old, you're golden. If you've been with the company more than 20 years and you're in management, you're days are numbered.
