      Cans of Lysol in the men's room

      Cons

      Young department manager has no experience working for a living. He makes changes too quickly and burns bridges immediately. His goal is to cut labor to the bone and ramp up production at the same time. If he keeps this up, people will get hurt by lift trucks operated by employees that are put in panic mode just to keep up along with inexperienced operators that are not given time to train properly due to short handed crew.

      Nice honest people to work with...the people do live by the company principles...honesty, integrity, and passion.

      Cons

      No recognition....work long hours. Horrible benefits Management are weak and not very good No advancement unless you are in Georgia In a cost cutting mode...everything to save money at the expense of people, product, and quality!
