      Benefits Training program is great.

      Cons

      Overworked and under paid. Interview method is absolutely horrible. They hand pick who they want. Favorites are certainly a thing. Can't move up, you don't have enough experience.

      Favoritism, Poor Management, lack of communication from management, Work and home life is not balanced, does not follow Shaw's 3 core values of honesty, integrity, and passion.

      Shaw takes care of their higher management but not so much for production operators and hourly employees which creates poor moral.

      Cons

      No rwspect for hourly employees.
