      Topps time ..because you work here long enough you will need all the time off possible to mentally recover

      I read the advice of part timers and it makes me chuckle...ive been with this company for 20 plus yrs and im currently not looking for advancement but looking for a way out. Sad but true this place is a complete disaster...I wonder if upper management even knows how bad this place is I sometimes have to talk to myself and say there is no way they can know what is happening. ..it is absolutely ludicrous on how they operate this company.... here is an example. ..because of budget restraints they cancel supply orders for all stores so they can make a budget deadline...realising that there could be bags for customers register tape etc.... to conduct everyday business I could go on and on and on ...on how this place is a complete toxic circus side show. Everyone reading this probably think s this guy has an axe to grind...absolutely not..I wouldn't of been with company as long as I have if I didnt have respect for it AT ONE TIME. ..

      Decent job to keep as a high school or college student.

      Cons

      Hours are awful. Pay is awful. Management is promoted without any training or experience. Management is chosen based upon how cheaply corporate can get away with paying them, not by merit or by management or by professional experience. This leads to inept management. Harassment in the work place goes unchecked because no one wants to deal with it. Awful place to work.
