Pros

After 15 years, I have almost 8 weeks of vacation/personal/sick time. Time is accumulated weekly. Decent pay. I can't think of any other positive things to say. It used to be a good place to work.

Cons

Lack of communication from corporate. Corporate making decisions not based on clientele or location, but on what looks good on paper. Corporate won't talk to associates to seek input on decision making. Corporate doesn't care or respect associates. Associates are in constant fear of losing job. Low moral. There is no one willing to listen.

Flexible hours, yearly raise, able to move up or different departments.

Cons

Poor management and corporate office. Do not know how to run a business. This place is going downhill fast. They expect you to do a lot for little pay
