      Getting worse day by day

      Pros

      Flexibility, great co workers, paid time off after 6 months, extra pay on Sundays (10%),

      Cons

      Company wastes money everywhere, treats long time employees and the hardest working ones horribly, major favoritism, no room to advance, some managers have complexes and do nothing, the most ugliest, god awful, uncomfortable work uniform in existence (pea soup green and black).

      Working with friends, schedule can be flexible

      Cons

      All stores are under staffed, they expect the skeleton staff that they have to do jobs that require a lot of labor, but don't want to add labor, then get mad & blame the employees when things can't get done. Food quality has gone down. Management treats employees with no respect. No employee recognition for good work. Used to be a good place to work. 2 people a week are quitting in every store for these reasons (people that have been with Shaw's for years).

      Co-workers, some of the regular customers are great, some flexibility, vacation is decent

      Cons

      401K matching went away, upper management are back-breakers, vastly understaffed. they cut my hours and expected my department to crank out more work, backwards thinking - not paying attention to customer and employee alike. A lot of managers quitting (the good ones too)
