Most of the people I work with are great. Upbeat customers make the day better. Challenging work keeps me busy.

Cons

Terrible upper management, both with communication and handling a variety of situations. Rotten customers that terrorize the place every day.

Shaw's offered a discount program for employees which was helpful when purchasing items for breaks or for home. They also have a 401k plan for all employees.

Cons

The business is quite slow and shifts are often boring because of this fact. If working as a cashier, the majority of a shift can be spent standing around and trying to keep yourself busy.
